We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Website. We have adopted this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain what information may be collected on our Website, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Website and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.

WEBSITE VISITORS Like most website operators, Nat collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Nat's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Nat's visitors use its website. From time to time, Nat may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Nat also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on nat.app blog posts. Nat only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

GOOGLE: GMAIL, CALENDAR Nat's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements. If you choose to sync your Gmail metadata, we will only use this information to improve your experience (such as showing you an interaction history with your contacts). We will not transfer your data to any third party unless it is (a) necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent from our app's user interface, (b) to comply with applicable laws, or (c) a part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets of Nat. We will not use your data to serve ads (this includes, but is not limited to, personalized, re-targeted and interest-based advertising). Finally, your data will never be accessed by a human at Nat, unless (a) we obtain your consent to to do so (for example, for tech support), (b) it's necessary for security purposes (for example, investigating abuse), (c) to comply with applicable laws, or (d) we aggregates and anonymizes the data and only use it for internal operations (for example, reporting aggregate statistics in an internal dashboard)
CHROME EXTENSION Nat builds and releases chrome extensions to the public. Those extensions are built following the Chrome Extension Store Guidelines. No personally-identifying information is never stored or collected by Nat. If any data is required to use the extension, this data is stored locally in your browser. We use Google Analytics for basic analytics.
BUSINESS TRANSFERS If Nat, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Nat goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Nat may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES Although most changes are likely to be minor, Nat may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Nat's sole discretion.
